Umpire 8th graders are investigating what makes some cows have extra big muscles! This week, they put together their cow family pedigrees, and will be using these throughout the next few lessons as they dive into the mechanics of genetics. What a great week to be a Wildcat!

Science Spotlight at Umpire!
Mrs. Alexander's students have been diving into the amazing world of animal and plant cells. Their latest project had them labeling each part of the cell, showcasing their knowledge of key structures. What a great day to be a Wildcat!

Mrs. Bell's and Ms. Dee's classes Celebrated Constitution Day yesterday by learning about the Constitution and completing some fun activities!




Umpire 7th graders had a blast investigating which ingredients in bath bombs create those fun bubbles! After experimenting and observing, they discovered that the magic comes from a reaction between baking soda and citric acid.
It’s amazing to see our students diving into hands-on learning and making real-world connections in science! It's a great day to be a Wildcat!


CRPS will be hosting a flu clinic on October 16th. Packets have already been sent home with students, if planning to participate please have packets returned to school by September 27th.
Arkansas Department of Health will try to bill insurance for the vaccine but if insurances refuses, or you do not have insurance, the vaccine will still be given at no cost.


Mrs. Frachiseur's class held a mock election to determine their classroom's Fall Festival representatives.
