
Congratulations to both CRHS soccer teams on incredible seasons! Both teams have punched their ticket to compete against the best teams in Arkansas during the upcoming state tournament to be held in Harrison.
A send-off for the teams will be held on Wednesday, May 8, at noon, at Cossatot River High School. We invite parents and supporters to come out and cheer them on!

The Cossatot River High School Academic Banquet will be held on Monday, May 6, starting at 6:00 PM in the CRHS cafeteria to recognize top-performing students in grades 7-12. The event is by invitation only, so students who will be recognized will receive letters/invitations from their teachers this week which will include more details about the banquet. Cossatot River High School students Austin Bailey and Ethan Youngblood were recently selected to participate in the 2024 Governor's Scholastic Honors Day. The Scholastic Honors Day honors the top graduates from public and private high schools throughout the state. The event will take place on Saturday, May 4.

Umpire High School Students present "The Wildcat Greasers" on May 7th at 6:00 p.m. Please join Mrs. Shankles and Umpire High School as they sing, dance, and celebrate.


Umpire Elementary Kindergarten Graduation will be held on Thursday, May 9th at 9:00 a.m. in the Umpire Gymnasium. The graduation will be followed by the Umpire Elementary School Awards Assembly, ABC Graduation, and finally, Kindergarten Roundup for 24-25 school year.


The Cossatot Cubers had the opportunity to participate in the DFW World Cubing Competition in Dallas, Texas on Sunday, April 28th. Students got to meet and compete against world champion solver, Ryan Pilat as well as many other talented
solvers. Not only did students compete, but they also volunteered and judged during tournaments. This was an amazing experience for all of them!

Umpire bus driven by Kent Manley will be running late due to mechanical Issues.

Umpire Administrative Assistant, Yvonne Pate, was celebrated with gifts, food, and goodies on Wednesday, April 24th for Administrative Professionals Day. We are thankful for all you do.


Umpire students qualified for 1A State Track Championships which will be held on Monday, April 29th in Quitman. Haley Carter will compete in shotput. Baylee Carter will compete in both the 800 and mile. Brayam Salaices qualified in 2 mile. The 4 x 800 relay team of Delaney Ford, Lexi Miles, Kelley Mendez, and Baylee Carter ran their way into the state competition. Selena Garcia was listed as an alternate for the relay team. Wildcat Proud!

This year's Special Olympics Track and Field event was on April 18, 2024 at Mena Bearcat Stadium. Everyone gave 100% and had an amazing time. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!! We are all very proud of you!!
